This one seems like a no-brainer for a baby, but it's not something we easily think of. Bath is usually wind-down time before bed. I never did this when Lincoln was an infant! So, I started by filling the tub with about an inch or less of water, just enough that baby can feel it and splash in it to make noise either with their hands or feet. I put her on her tummy with a bunch of toys in front of her that were just out of her reach.

This is a new tummy time experience because it's not solid ground. We can control the temperature of the water and also new textures. You can see the bathmat is ribbed so I'm sure that felt weird for her on her tummy. Also, in the video below, she mostly just enjoyed sipping the water, which is it totally fine! This was a new experience for her and I let her explore in whatever way she see fit.
