Lincoln LOVED making and eating these easy pizzas that take no more than 15 minutes, including cooking time. We started with our sheet pan and covering it with tinfoil. We did two flat breads per bake as they were pretty big. Lincoln was shown all the different toppings and picked the ones he wanted to use. He sprinkled some of the Mexican blend cheese, then generously covered it with pizza sauce. Then he added more Mexican cheese and sprinkled Parmesan on top. He picked pineapple, bacon, green beans (don't ask!), and pepperoni for his personal pizza. We baked the flat breads at 450 for a little less than 10 minutes or until the cheese was looking bubbly. I cut it into thin strips so Lincoln would have an easier time eating it and he literally ate an entire one! You can see the huge size. You could easily edit this to add veggies if you have a picky eater.
